By accessing or using the JM Cleaning Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

JM Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, including but not limited to: • Regular house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) • Deep cleaning • Move-in and move-out cleaning • Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers • Post-construction cleaning All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or in-person estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on: • The actual size and condition of the property • The scope of work requested • Any additional services added after the initial quote • Access to the property and parking availability All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Credit and debit cards • Zelle • Venmo For recurring services, you may set up automatic billing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 1.5% per month, whichever is greater.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: • More than 24 hours notice: No charge. We will happily reschedule your service. • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply. • No-show: The full service fee will be charged. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to: • Areas that were not included in the original service agreement • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural defects • Areas that were inaccessible or blocked during the original cleaning

JM Cleaning Services is licensed and insured for your protection. However, our liability is limited as follows: • We are not responsible for damage to items that are not secured, improperly installed, or in pre-existing poor condition. • We are not responsible for any damage caused by faulty plumbing, electrical systems, or structural defects. • Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled service time. This includes: • Providing keys, lockbox codes, or entry instructions in advance • Ensuring pets are secured if they may interfere with cleaning • Removing valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned, or clearly identifying them • Ensuring running water and electricity are available If our team is unable to access the property or conditions prevent safe cleaning, the full service fee may still apply.

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JM Cleaning Services and its licensors. The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JM Cleaning Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
